ATLANTIS Corporation has been presented on international market since 1991.
The activities of the Company were formed under the influence of objective processes that took place on international markets at the turn of 1990-ies of the last century.
The collapse of the Soviet Union, destruction of state planning and supply systems, gaining of political independence by Ukraine appeared to be a prerequisite and catalyst of networking and international trade creation. This was especially important for Ukrainian economy intensively integrated into economic space of the Soviet Union and Council for Mutual Economic Assistance countries. For instance, 80% of equipment for coal-mining industry in Ukraine was produced in Russia, Poland and Germany. It was urgent for enterprises that lost state support to form new export relations and search for partnership abroad. Geopolitical situation of Ukraine being the largest country in Europe, lying on the crossway of traffic arteries, and its scientific and production potential generate sustained interest to this country on the part of foreign investors and companies.

The head office of ATLANTIS Corporation is situated in Dnepropetrovsk – industrial heart of Ukraine with more than 1,5 mln. population.
